Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. §§ 11-36a-502 and 11-36a-504, notice is hereby given that the city of River Heights, a municipality of the State of Utah, located in Cache County, Utah intends to adopt an updated impact fee analysis (IFA), with respect to the following systems: parks, sewer collection, potable water, and roads.
The geographic area that will be included in the IFA is all areas within the boundary of the City of River Heights.
All interested persons are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents which are available here.
A public hearing will be held by the City Council on March 31, 2026, which will begin at 6:30 p.m. and be held at the City Office Building at 520 S 500 E, River Heights.
Notices were posted pursuant to Utah Code 63G-30-102(1) by March 21, 2026 at the following locations:

- Telephone pole at 700 South Summerwild
