Conservice Holdings II LLC has applied to rezone 1.76 acres (parcels 02-027-0046 and 02-027-0047) located at 370 East 800 South in River Heights, from Agricultural to Commercial. (Their intent is to pave the properties for use as a parking lot.) A public hearing will be held Thursday, March 15 beginning at 7:05 p.m. in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East, River Heights. Written comment, addressed to Chairman Mark Malmstrom, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the hearing.
