The River Heights City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 3, 2021, at their regular meeting, beginning at 6:30pm, to discuss the acceptance of an “Ordinance to Adopt a Temporary Land Use Regulation.” The hearing will be held in the River Heights City Building, located at 520 S 500 E, River Heights. The proposed ordinance can be viewed here. Written comment can be addressed to Mayor Todd Rasmussen and submitted up until noon on the date of the hearing.
