Notice is hereby given that the River Heights City Council will hold a truth in taxation hearing at 6:30 p.m., anchored from the River Heights City Office Building at 520 S 500 E.  Attendance can be in person or through Zoom.

 

AGENDA

Truth in Taxation Public Hearing

The proposed rate would increase the tax on a $543,000 residence from $142.16 to $183.67, which would increase the city’s property tax by 29.05% over the prior year. The proposed increase would be used for enhancing capital projects, primarily parks.
