The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 6:35 pm to discuss a conditional use permit request from Morgan McKeown, residing at 435 S 970 E, for approval to build a 28.5’x45’ in-ground swimming pool. The meeting will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley, will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
