The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 beginning at 6:30 p.m. to hear comments concerning an application from Shane Rowley, of 831 S 525 E, for a Kennel Conditional Use Permit, to keep three dogs and to consider modifications to the River Heights City General Plan
The hearing will be held at the City Building, located at 520 S 500 E. Written comments can be addressed to Commissioner Noel Cooley and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting
