I understand that I am responsible to set up and clean up my booth and any litter around my booth. I understand that my booth must be set up by 3:30, and cleaned up by 9:00 PM, August 15rd, 2026 *

I understand that my booth can only be set up in the space assigned to me by the Apple Days committee. (You will be emailed your assigned location by midnight, August 14th.) *There is no parking on the street surrounding the park beginning the evening of Friday, August 14th until after the parade ends on Saturday, August 15th. You may not block food vendors who will be setting up in the old RH elementary school parking lot *

I accept the following Release of Liability Agreement

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

In exchange for permission to participate in the activity listed below, I hereby covenant not to sue and do release River Heights City, its employees, agents and volunteers (hereinafter referred to as Releasees) from any and all liability, claims, demands, and action whatsoever related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, as a result of my participation in this activity, whether caused by the releasees or any other participant in the activity.

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks of loss, property damage, personal injury, including death that may be sustained by me, as a result of participation in this activity.

IN SIGNING THIS RELEASE, I ACKNOWLEDGE AND REPRESENT THAT I have read the foregoing Waiver of Liability Agreement, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed; no oral representations, statement, or inducements, apart from the foregoing written agreement, have been made; I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and fully competent; and I execute this Release for full, adequate and complete consideration fully intending to be bound by same.
