With Councilmember Blake Wright filling the mayor seat, his council seat is now available. The City Council will appoint an interested resident of River Heights to fill the remaining 3 years of his seat during their Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 14th at 6:30 p.m., held in the River Heights City Building at 520 S 500 E. Interested persons will submit their name for consideration before January 21 at 2:30 p.m. to Sheila Lind, at the City Office, in the River Heights City Building. Emails will also be accepted at office@riverheights.gov.
Interested persons must be a registered voter and be a resident of River Heights for the past 12 months. (USC 20A-1-510)
