River Heights City will maintain the ban of all fireworks within city boundaries for the Pioneer Day holiday.
This is in keeping with the governor’s recent guidance and with the state forester’s approval. The fire danger in Cache Valley remains extremely high, as evidenced by a grass fire this week that very nearly got out of control.
We are grateful for the community’s support in honoring the Fourth of July restrictions and ask again for your help in keeping our city and surrounding communities safe.
