The River Heights City Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, beginning at 6:30 pm to discuss:
- A Kennel Conditional Use Permit application from Brett and Lucia Tollaksen to have 3 dogs at their property, located at 435 E 700 S,
- A Boundary Adjustment Request from Brad Dickson, of 735 Stewart Hill Dr, and
- Code changes regarding dogs, street parking, and gravity sewer requirements.
The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East. Written comment, addressed to Commissioner Chair Keenan Ryan and will be accepted up until noon on the date of the meeting.
