I, the duly appointed and acting recorder for the City of River Heights, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Ordinance No. 6-2026, An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of River Heights City, was adopted on the 21st day of July 2026 by the River Heights City Council.

Per Utah State Code 63G-30-102, a summary was posted at the following locations by July 25, 2026:
