The River Heights Planning Commission will hold two public hearings on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, beginning at 6:30 p.m., to discuss A Conditional Use Permit Application from Kathryn Dang to install a swimming pool at her residence (471 S 900 E), and An Accessory Dwelling Unit Ordinance. The hearings will be held in the River Heights City Building located at 520 South 500 East, River Heights. Written comments, addressed to Commission Chair Keenan Ryan, can be submitted up until noon on the date of the hearing.
